Join Heather Engler for this special Workshop, Wednesday July 3 from 6-8PM at 7430 US-42 Suite 216 in Florence, KY.

Somatic breathwork employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing.

Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world. You might not remember, but your nervous system does.

After the journey, we will have a group share and a special activity to integrate any messages you received during your session, so that you can show up as your most authentic and free self going forward.

Come with an intention/feeling/word that you wish to have freedom from.  It’s time to release all that is not serving you!

Day of:

1.    Please wear loose comfortable clothing and no restrictive or big jewelry

2.    It is best to not eat 2 hours prior to your session

3.    Bring a journal and pen, water bottle (with a straw, if possible), and lip gloss/chapstick (if that’s important for your comfort)

4.    Please refrain from wearing perfume.  Heavy fragrance and deep breathing don’t go well together.

You are not responsible for your wounding, but you are responsible for your healing!

A message from Heather:

"Do you feel stuck? Have you had a traumatic life event(s), not a great childhood, death in the family, divorce, etc., that has been hard to ‘get over’? Do you desire more freedom?

I was stuck for over 40 years. I did so much work in my psyche/head - therapy, listening to podcasts, reading books, praying, meditating, talking about it endlessly - only to still feel stuck. I didn’t feel fully alive, and I didn’t feel that I had agency over my life. I was at the mercy of my trauma and wounds. It wasn’t until I found Somatic Breathwork™ in 2023, that things started to get ‘unstuck’. It was the missing puzzle piece for me, and has been described as the same by many. Somatic Breathwork™ finally brought me emotional FREEDOM!!"

SomatIQ Breathwork™ is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy.  It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy.
